Thank you Barbara. It means so much to me to hear that from you!
Jackie,
Loved the book. Empathetically written, Intelligent, perfectly organized, well written (i.e. simplistic in nature and easily understood yet complex in its reach (social, work, home/parenting). Balanced (i.e. respectful to the men, women and children by proving reasons and not blame or insight to create defensiveness in the regards to the comparison between the current hierarchical, competitive, pyramid business model and the co-creative, empathetic and intraprenureal model participants). Great examples. Easily relatable.
I am glad you did not omit the fact that we all have an individual responsibility to make the changes within ourselves.
I loved the fact that you made the differentiation between cognitive empathy and affective empathy.
We have to embrace and engage in the empathetic experiences to become emotionally mature adults who know how to love, appreciate and co-create. The strongest emotion is connection.
I truly believe in the power of empathy, and now I have much more to share about it’s positive reach.
Congratulations !!!
P.S. I am the short grey haired man who had the pleasure of meeting you at Loganberry’s book signing.
Sincerely, Frank

Dear Frank – I didn’t see this comment until today! I switched my web platform and am not quite used to how everything works yet. Apologies for not responding sooner. What a gift to find your thoughtful commentary here on the blog. Thank you for reminding me how we met. You have appreciated many of the things I tried to do with this book. I can’t thank you enough. Best, Jackie
